  • 4. Candidate presentation – Qualified candidates are presented to you via a brief telephone discussion which highlights our findings along with a resume and/or profile. Profile content is customized by you.
  • 5. Debrief – This is an important step to discuss feedback, address concerns and determine strategy for next steps. Every interview requires a candidate and client debrief.
  • 6. Offer – Exousia recruiters carefully preview and present all offer details along with handling tactful pre-closing. We work closely with you and the candidate to assure the offer is accepted.
  • 7. Transition – Accepting a new job is exciting while resigning can be stressful. We provide guidance in resignation letters, counter offers, and starting a new position. Careful attention is paid to the candidate, spouse, and family to insure a successful start.
